We’re Core Ceili

At CoreCeili, our mission is to empower competitive Irish dancers with the strength, stamina, and confidence to perform at their highest level. Through expert-led conditioning, injury prevention, and technique-focused training, we bridge the gap between dance and athleticism—so every dancer can train smarter, move stronger, and rise higher in competition.

Group Training

Small-group classes designed to build power, endurance, and form in a dynamic, high-energy setting. Group sessions target the physical demands of competitive Irish dance through structured circuits, technique drills, and mobility work.

  • Minimum of 4 dancers required per group

  • Weekly sessions with progressive programming

  • Weekend drop-in classes available—perfect for visiting dancers or extra prep before competition

  • Open to dancers ages 7+ with prior competitive experience

individual Training

One-on-one training tailored to your specific goals as a competitive dancer. These sessions focus on personalized strength and conditioning, technical refinement, and injury prevention.

Ideal for dancers preparing for upcoming feiseanna, working through plateaus, or recovering from injury.

Nutrition Coaching

One-on-one coaching on nutritional needs for dancings. These sessions focus on pre-workout meals, support and ideas to feel better fueled for training or competition day!

Ideal for dancers preparing for upcoming feiseanna, working through plateaus, or struggling with physical symptoms before and after training sessions.
